All about us at Easydine – The Fresh meal delivery service in Maidstone 

September saw the launch of a fantastic new fresh meal delivery service, and catering service in Maidstone, Easydine. Not only was Easydine born with the help of lockdown and delivering meals to families that weren’t able to visit their local restaurants, but from a team of passionate individuals. We thought it was about time we introduced ourselves properly, and what better way than our first official blog! 



We always think it’s great to know the face behind a business, so let me tell you a bit more about me and my background.  


You haven’t just come across any newly formed food company, you’ve stumbled across a business that takes great pride in their work, with over 20 years of experience to back it up!  

Food has always been a large place of my life, and it’s something I’m incredibly passionate about. Since being a chef, I have worked in some fantastic, highly rated establishments including 5* hotels, restaurants, Business and Industry in London, and even working as an Executive Chef at Leeds Castle. 

So how did it start? 



It all began when I started cooking from a very young age. I have loved following in my Grandma’s and my mum’s footsteps, who originated from Srilanka. I still remember when I used to go to the markets with my grandma, and loved looking at all the fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices etc. I guess a lot of what we cook has been inspired from this particular background.   

I started working as a chef, once I achieved a diploma in Hospitality. After working as a chef for a number of years, I then achieved a Master’s degree in Food Innovation at Greenwich university in 2015. The Master’s Degree allowed me to learn about product development, nutrition, public health and microbiology. 

There’s no better feeling that working for yourself, which is why Easydine was founded. Putting all of my years of experience together as a chef has meant that I can do what I love. Creating dishes for our customers, and seeing people enjoy amazing, fresh meals makes me incredibly happy.


The majority of our menu is inspired from our various backgrounds, and our passion for travelling.  We have been fortunate enough to have experienced different cultures, allowing me to cook any kind of cuisine. My wife who comes from Spain, that works closely alongside me, also influences the type of food we produce. We absolutely love visiting traditional and modern restaurants, obviously pre-covid, and it’s always great to bring back some inspiration for the Easydine menu.  


We love offering a fusion of mainly Asian and mediterranean dishes, and clearly our customers do too!  


Here at Easydine, our main aim is to be a fresh meal delivery service in Kent, London and parts of the South East. As well as freshly prepared meals, we would love to offer out our catering service, and private chef service to more people. We are also hoping to open up to offering our services nationwide. We may be a small business now, but we are certainly creating an impact with our fresh flavours and local produce. Not only do we concentrate on the nutritional factor of meals, but also the balance of flavours and creating restaurant standard meals for people to enjoy in the comfort of their own home.  

Cooking shouldn’t be a stressful task, and we understand that most families are busy in their everyday lives. We simply want to take the stress out of mealtimes, and ensure our customers enjoy home cooked good food. View our menu today and we look forward to delivering to you.
